How to verify your account

Required Documents

• Bank payment slip (proof of payment)
• National ID card, a copy of the ID card, or a passport
• A sheet of paper with the handwritten text “GGKEYSTORE” and the current date

Verification Procedure

1. Take photos of:
   ① Yourself (a selfie)
   ② Your National ID card or passport
   ③ The handwritten note that says “GGKEYSTORE” and includes today’s date
2. Email the photos taken in step 1 together with your bank payment slip to [email protected].
   In the email, please include your user ID, login method, or the email address used to log in.
3. Please wait while our team reviews your information and verifies your account.
